Making this is so easy and after using it for so long I can't go back to bottled salad dressings - I feel like I can taste the additives and "chemicals" in them. Olive oil is such a good source of 'healthy fats' that the 2 teaspoons in this recipe is the perfect way to get your daily allowance.
You can do it one of two ways:
Way #1
Ingredients
2 tsp. extra virgin olive oil
Ingredients
2 tsp. extra virgin olive oil
2 tsp. balsamic vinegar
1/4 tsp. dijon mustard, approximately
a 'pinch' of white sugar
salt & pepper to taste

Way #2
Ingredients
2 tsp. extra virgin olive oil
2 tsp. red wine vinegar
1/4 tsp. honey, approximately
salt & pepper to taste
Directions
1. Place all of the ingredients in a little tupperware/rubbermaid container.
2. Cover.
3. Shake.
4. Pour over salad.
This is how I make my salad dressings as well but I like to use just a touch of pure maple syrup ...so yummy!
